He was forced into clearing it. They didn't throw it for it to go out, they threw it to make him clear it in a rush and closed him down. They are unsportsmanlike and cunts.
I'd urge anyone to watch it though. Seeing us score in the FA Cup Final is absolutely magic. Because we weren't allowed to believe that we might beat the Mighty Liverpool, when we score it's pure delirium - it's just different to when they score. Elation mixed with disbelief is THAT much louder. Even though we were obviously well in it when Sir Paul Konchesky scores, it's just that little bit madder.

Very painful memories. It's like putting-down your beloved HOUND. Just horrible.
We were absolutely brilliant though and fully deserved to have won that.
I honestly think that if we'd have won it then we'd have gone onto win a couple of more trophies in the time since.
Maybe I'm deluded but I'm confident that there'll be a period sometime near in the future where we'll consistently reach finals and win the odd trophy. Obviously, this will be a post-cheapskate wankers era.
